Chloe White: From Cairns to Queensland Triathlon Pathways

State Pathways Program Team 2025/26, a milestone that reflects years of training, persistence, and vision.

For Chloe, this moment is the realisation of a long-held dream:

“I am really thrilled to be selected as part of the Queensland State Pathways Program as I have been dreaming of this opportunity. It is a huge honour and I’m excited to keep pushing my limits alongside some of the best. Being part of the TFC Emerging and High Performance program over the last year has made a huge impact for me, improving my strength, speed and stamina.”

Chloe’s parents, Rach and Jez White, couldn’t be prouder of her dedication and the support she has received along the way:

“Chloe has long held the goal of achieving Queensland representation in triathlon. The Female Co has added such valuable extra components such as key nutrition advice, essential gym build and conditioning, all of which has enabled Chloe to move to the higher level required to join the Queensland Team. We are so grateful to The Female Co.”

Chloe’s journey highlights the importance of not only raw talent but also the right guidance and support structures. With the foundation built through The Female Co’s Emerging and High-Performance program, she has developed the physical and mental edge needed to compete at state level.

Looking ahead, Chloe’s aspiration is clear: to proudly represent Queensland in triathlon and continue her rise through the ranks of the sport.

From Cairns to Queensland pathways, Chloe’s story is one to watch!
