The First Nations Academy is a culturally grounded athletic and empowerment program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women and girls.

This program centre’s identity, belonging and strength.

We create spaces where First Nations women and girls can grow in confidence, build physical capability and learn how we remain connected to culture as we chase our dreams.

Athletes engage in strength and conditioning, education sessions and yarning spaces that honour lived experience and community knowledge.

Community Connection Program

The Community Connection Program delivers education and training sessions in partnership with local sporting clubs and organisations.

We bring practical resources, current research and up to date health and performance knowledge directly into community spaces.

This program is also an opportunity for clubs and organisations to work with us on creating safer, more supportive environments for women and girls.

We can deliver education sessions, facilitate workshops or consult with your leadership team on how to strengthen inclusion and safety within your organisation.

If you want to build a space where women feel seen, supported and respected, we are ready to work with you.
